THE River Alt's water levels are expected to remain high throughout the evening on of 1 January 2025. Areas most at risk include properties on:- Fouracres and The Crescent.
Environment Agency have said residents within the area should:- "Start acting on your flood plan if you have one. Activate any property flood protection products you may have."
We are told that the latest water level at:- The Dovers Brook level at Dovers Bridge was 2.23 metres. Property flooding is possible when it goes above 1.50 metres.
The alert update will be updated by:- 10 am, on:- 2 January 2025, or as the situation changes.
